Your first 200 claims are on us.
Start your program on Hesper and let AI agents run intake, document review and investigation from claim number one. Claims ops is solved before you bind your first policy or sign your first client, and you never build a claims department you don't need yet.
The offer
- 200 claims processed free, intake through resolution, on every line you write
- No platform fee for your first 90 days, so free actually means free
- Founder-led onboarding, live in two weeks, with an audit-ready file on every claim for your carrier partner
- You stay the adjuster of record. Hesper is the platform and the agents, not a TPA. Keep or add a TPA any time.
What you get
What running your claims on Hesper looks like.
Claims resolved in hours, not weeks.
Clean claims go straight through. Suspicious ones get a full investigation the day they arrive, on every line you write.
Fraud detection built in, not bolted on.
Every document gets a forensic read as a byproduct of normal handling - no separate SIU workflow to staff or refer into.
An audit-ready file behind every decision.
Your carrier partner can open any claim and see exactly why it was paid, challenged or referred.
How it works
From application to your first claim in about two weeks.
No procurement cycle, no six-month implementation. You talk to the people who built it, and they set it up with you.

Weeks 1 to 2Your first 200 claims, free
Every claim gets intake, forensic document review and an audit-ready file. When you're ready to scale, you move to usage-based pricing scoped to your book. No lock-in.
Months 1 to 6Why new programs start on Hesper
Claims handling in place before you bind, without the fixed cost.
Hiring adjusters or signing a TPA is a bet you make before you have volume to justify it. You get the platform larger claims teams are validating, priced like a usage decision.
Program terms are the Hesper Launch offer. Baselines describe typical manual claims operations at US P&C programs; your carrier or fronting partner may set additional requirements.
Who it's for
Built for programs that are early, small, and moving fast.
We keep the cohort small on purpose. Ten programs get founder attention; two hundred would not.
A fit if you are
- An MGA, TPA or program administrator in US P&C, launched or licensed within the last 24 months, or older but under 500 claims a month
- Writing pet, homeowners, auto, workers' comp, general liability or commercial property
- Working with at least one licensed adjuster or a TPA for coverage decisions, or open to an intro to one
- Expecting to be live and handling claims within the next six months
Probably not the right door if
- You're an established carrier or a TPA already running a claims platform at scale
- You handle life, health or benefits claims rather than property and casualty
- You're a broker or agency that doesn't adjudicate claims

Questions founders ask
The fine print, without the fine print.
Yes. Your first 200 claims are processed at no charge, and there's no platform fee for your first 90 days. No card is needed to apply. We set up billing details before you go live so that claim 201 is seamless, and we tell you when you pass claim 150.
You move to usage-based pricing scoped to your book and the agents you use. We walk through the numbers with you well before you get there, on a call, not a rate card. There's no long-term contract, and you can keep the account dormant if your volume isn't there yet.
Yes, for coverage decisions. Hesper is claims software and the agents that run on it, not a licensed TPA. Your adjusters, or your TPA's, stay the adjuster of record and sign off on every decision. What changes is that they review a completed, audit-ready file instead of building one. If you don't have anyone yet, we can introduce you to TPAs that already work with Hesper.
Pet, homeowners, auto, workers' compensation, general liability and commercial property. If you write something else, apply anyway and say so. Function-specific agents are configured per line during onboarding.
An intake channel (email, a portal, or an API from your policy admin system), your policy data, and the documents that arrive with a claim. If you're pre-launch, we set up intake first so the first real claim lands in a working system. Most programs are live within two weeks.
They're valid for six months from the day you go live. That's deliberate: the program is for teams about to launch, not a credit to park.
Hesper is SOC 2 Type I attested and GDPR-ready. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, retained for your subscription term unless you instruct otherwise in writing, and never used to train models.
Please do, just through the other door. Book a demo and we'll scope Hesper against your book rather than the cohort.
