Pankaj or Nitish — Hesper's co-founders. If there's a specific technical question, an engineer joins. No SDR gatekeeping, no BDRs.
Do I need to share real claim data?+
Not for the initial demo. We walk through Hesper using our own anonymized sample claims. If you want to see it run on your data, that's an optional follow-up under NDA with zero-retention processing.
How long is the demo?+
30 minutes by default. We rarely go over. If you want a deeper technical session with your team, we schedule that separately.
What if I'm exploring, not buying?+
Totally fine. A meaningful chunk of our demos are SIU directors and claims executives doing 2026 planning. No pressure to commit to anything.
